Dr. Pendell completed his undergraduate degree in Bio-Medical Science at Oklahoma State University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Pendell has participated in various research projects and won awards for his work as a student and resident. Dr. Pendell has lived in Tulsa since 1990.
